Search agencies rename to stay ahead of market
WSPS and Corporem Global, the UK's two leading specialist search marketing agencies, have both rebranded this week in a bid to stake their claim in the rapidly growing paid-search market.
WSPS is changing its name to The Search Works, while Corporem is to become Latitude. Both companies are looking to raise their profile as they prepare to roll out their services across Europe. But they face rising competition from big agency groups such as WPP and Aegis, which want to capitalise on the growing European paid search market, expected to be worth 1.5bn Euros (1.04bn pounds) by 2009, according to Jupiter Research.
