Caroline Taylor has joined search marketing company The Search Works as marketing director.
Taylor was previously a marketing and strategic business planning consultant for NatWest. She will be responsible for overseeing and directing all marketing activities for the company.
The company has also hired Jocelyn Bull as its marketing manager. Bull was previously an account consultant for Hotpoint and Indesit at marketing agency Fresh.
